Campus Recruitment Specialist
LOGISTICS & INFORMATION
Engagement: This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time employee role if we bring campus recruitment in-house on an ongoing basis.
Location: This is a contractor role and is fully remote. You must be based in the United States for travel to college campuses.
Travel: This role lives on the road. Expect travel of up to 50% of your time during peak recruitment seasons, primarily for campus visits. Tilting Futures covers travel cost including airfare, hotel, and food stipend.
Start date: This is a 6-month contract running from November 9, 2026 through May 7, 2027. The priority deadline for this application is October 14, 2026.
Compensation: This contract pays on a monthly basis, equivalent to an annual range of $75,000 to $90,000 (approximately $6250- $7,500 per month), depending on experience.
