Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) professional with a strong track record in recruitment and proactive sourcing? Trackman is looking for an experienced TA Specialist to join our HR team at our headquarters in Hørsholm. TA is a newly established dedicated function within HR at Trackman. We are a small and collaborative team with responsibility for recruitment across the organisation.

Because we are a small team, everyone plays an important role. You will have a high degree of ownership and independence while working closely with your TA colleagues and the wider HR team. We are looking for someone who brings solid experience, can confidently run recruitment processes and sourcing activities independently, and is ready to contribute with ideas and best practices from day one.
