Global Head of Customer Service

As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for an inspiring Global Head of Customer Service to lead and scale our global service organization. The Role
As Global Head of Customer Service, you will lead Trackman’s global customer service organization and play a key role in delivering an industry-leading customer experience. You will set and execute the global service strategy, build strong organizational capabilities, and develop a scalable operating model that supports our continued growth. Leading teams across multiple locations, you will work closely with Operations, Product Management, Sales, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
Technology, data, and insights will be central to your approach helping improve service quality, drive efficiency, and create an even better experience for both customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Organizational Development
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing global customer service organization with a strong customer-centric culture.
Strategy & Operations
Define and execute a global customer service strategy and scalable operating model that supports Trackman’s continued growth.
Drive operational excellence through clear KPIs, standardized processes, and continuous improvement.
Technology & Innovation
Leverage AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies to improve service quality, efficiency, and the customer and employee experience.
Turn customer insights into actionable feedback for Product and R&D, supporting product priorities, stability, and uptime.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve customer outcomes and ensure the voice of the customer informs business decisions.
What We're Looking For
Experience
Senior leadership experience in global customer service or related operations, including leadership of leaders.
Proven track record of building and scaling international service organizations and teams through growth environments.
Experience driving organizational and operational change in high-growth environments.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong, people- focused leader who inspires and develops high-performing teams.
Strategic and hands-on, with a growth mindset and drive for continuous improvements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience from technology, SaaS, consumer electronics, sports technology, is an advantage.
Zendesk experience is desirable, and fluent English is required.
This global leadership role includes periodic travel to key Trackman locations, particularly: Phoenix, US, Bogotá, Colombia, Tokyo, Japan.
Additional travel may occur as business needs evolve.
