About the position
We're looking for a Recruiter to work closely with our founders & Chief of Staff to fill open roles - primarily technical (engineering) hiring, with some generalist roles in the mix too. This is a 3-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of moving to a permanent role, depending on how the first few months go and where our hiring needs land.
We need a strong individual contributor who can take on the hands-on parts of hiring - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing agency relationships, giving time back to our leadership team and unlocking them for other priority projects without any drop in the quality of hire. We'd also love to see agency fees come down as you build out more of our own pipeline directly.
