We are seeking a highly analytical, technically conversant Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support enterprise application modernization development, governance, and technology strategy initiatives. This position serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, project management, solution architects, developers, and technical teams. The role requires someone who can move comfortably between detailed application requirements analysis to broader initiatives involving requirements, technical documentation, processes and procedures, and governance. While we work within the Agile Scrum framework, this is not primarily a Scrum facilitation or backlog-management position.
