Responsibilities

Lead the Mechanical Design Verification Plan for New Product Introduction (NPI). Define environmental, mechanical stress, and lifecycle test specifications for complex electromechanical products.

Lead Failure Analysis (FA) initiatives using tool analysis to identify root causes. Provide concrete DFM/DFx recommendations to the design team.

Responsible for Mechanical Design verification work.

Manage Lab and third-party laboratories to ensure testing
