Our Product team designs and maintains a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem, enabling field and central staff to deliver compassionate, coordinated care. This individual will play a critical role in understanding business requirements, designing declarative Salesforce solutions, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting ongoing enhancement and maintenance of our Salesforce instance.
