Automation Program Lead — Midwest (Greenfield Pharma/Biotech Program)
About the Role
Join a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion as Automation Area Lead, driving automation, digital systems, and computerized system readiness across a greenfield campus.
What You'll Do
- Develop automation commissioning and qualification strategies
- Coordinate controls, SCADA, MES, and related systems activities
- Own Automation Governance, Digital Systems Integration, MES/EBR Governance, CSV Coordination, and Deployment Readiness
- Drive cross-functional alignment between automation and CQV teams
What We're Looking For
- Extensive DeltaV platform experience (strongly preferred)
- Track record leading automation programs on greenfield pharma/biotech builds
- Experience with large capital project
