Our team of 80+, including researchers, consultants, PhDs, analysts, and executive service directors, work daily to help members understand, deliberate, and solve their hardest challenges.    The Team You’ll Join: You will join the Entry Talent Accelerator Program (ETA), a high-performance early-career development program designed for ambitious individuals looking to accelerate their growth in client-facing and revenue-generating environments.   This role is a full-time position beginning in Summer 2027 for graduating seniors.    As a Business Development Analyst, you will sit within our Growth Division and serve as one of the first points of contact for senior Talent Acquisition and University Recruiting leaders interested in Veris Insights' work. Through strategic outreach and insights-driven conversations, you will help generate interest in our memberships (ongoing partnerships that give organizations access to our research and advisory teams) while developing communication, advisory, and executive-facing skills foundational to long-term career growth at the firm.   This is an outbound growth and business development role centered around high-volume communication and strategic prospecting.
