As Product Manager, Documentation Systems, you will own our documentation as a product: the in-product Help our customers rely on, the implementation and support knowledge our internal teams run on, and the systems that produce both.  This is a build role. Our AI tooling can draft a help article. It cannot tell us whether that article is true, decide whether it should exist, or get an engineer to explain what shipped.
