AI/ML Data Scientist

You’ll be focused in  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions • Designing, developing and deploying AI models and algorithms for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation • Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful features and insights for model training • Experiment with different machine learning techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy • Implement and optimize AI/ML models for scalability, efficiency, and real-time inference • Conducting rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure robustness, reliability, and generalization • Staying updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML research, frameworks, and tools, and evaluate their applicability to our projects • Collaborate closely with data engineers, product owners, business stakeholders, and external partners. • Ensure models are explainable, auditable, and aligned with data privacy and regulatory requirements. • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.   In order to succeed, you’ll need  • Degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience • Proven experience working as a Data Scientist or related role • Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI models and generative AI models in production environments • Experience in programming languages commonly used in
