Senior Field Marketing Specialist - Outbound

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join VTEX Brazil's B2B organization, with a focus on outbound demand generation and sponsorships.

In this role, you will identify and engage potential customers through events, market intelligence, data, automation, and highly targeted outbound campaigns. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying new opportunities before connecting them with our Account Executives.

You will also own the commercial sponsorship strategy for VTEX proprietary events, from prospecting and negotiation through the delivery of agreed sponsorship assets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and engage relevant companies and decision-makers attending key industry events, turning participation signals into new commercial opportunities.
• Build and enrich target lists based on business priorities, market intelligence, data, automation, and AI.
• Design and execute personalized outbound cadences at scale, qualifying leads and opportunities before handing them over to Account Executives.
• Identify new prospects beyond events and continuously test new sources, segments, messages, and approaches to improve outbound performance.
