Senior Field Marketing Specialist - Strategic Relations

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to join VTEX Brazil's B2B organization, with a focus on strategic relationship programs that generate demand and commercial opportunities.

In this role, you will own and evolve programs such as VTEX Ambassadors and Reseller, turning influence, referrals, and long-term relationships into a structured and measurable source of leads and pipeline.

You will be responsible for the full program lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting new participants to driving engagement, tracking productivity, and measuring commercial impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the VTEX Ambassadors program end-to-end, ensuring strong governance, continuous execution, and ongoing evolution.
• Identify, engage, and recruit new Ambassadors with strong potential to influence the market and generate commercial opportunities.
• Drive activation and engagement of existing Ambassadors, increasing participation and recurring contribution to demand generation.
• Monitor leads, opportunities, conversion, and pipeline originated through the Ambassadors program in partnership with Sales.
• Structure, operate, and develop the Reseller program as an additional source of demand through strategic relationships a
