HR Business Partner
As the Senior HR Business Partner for India, you will provide high-impact HR partnership to India and US-based leaders and employees, aligning business priorities with Weave’s global People strategy and the needs of our India workforce. You will serve as a key stakeholder across the employee lifecycle, partnering closely with People Team functional and program owners in areas including onboarding, compliance, performance management, employee relations, engagement, hiring, events, and culture. Rather than operating as a standalone HR function, you will connect leaders, employees, and People Team partners to drive effective execution and strong outcomes in India. You will also serve as a strategic advisor and coach to leaders, bringing local insight and perspective to help strengthen our culture and employee experience in India.
This position reports to Director HRBPs & Employee Experience.

Strategic Advising & Thought Partnership: Serve as the trusted HR advisor to leaders with India based employees and own how Weave's global people strategy comes to life in India. Shape initiatives while they are still being designed, not after they land.
