The Dispatcher is accountable for coordinating all transportation services provided to participants and potential enrollees, as well as overseeing vehicle safety.

This role is different because Dispatchers at WelbeHealth: 

• Keep drivers, participants, and clinic teams aligned through accurate documentation, real-time updates, and timely communication 
• Coordinate add-ons, cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute changes, all while ensuring a seamless participant experience 
• Take part in a whole-person care experience, coordinating rides that help participants feel supported, respected, and connected to care
