The Recruiter is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, accountable for developing and executing recruiting plans and utilizing strategies that attract talented professionals. This role is accountable for delivering outcomes for recruitment needs, meeting business objectives and stakeholder expectations, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and hire the right candidates for current needs, and pipelining talent for the future.

This role is different because the Recruiter at WelbeHealth:

• Serves as a trusted strategic recruiting partner to senior executives and hiring leaders, developing a deep understanding of organizational priorities and executive talent needs while creating tailored search strategies to attract and engage high-caliber leadership talent
• Owns the full recruiting lifecycle while bringing a proactive, market-informed approach to talent acquisition, from sourcing and engaging passive candidates to managing the candidate experience, advising on hiring decisions, and building executive search pipelines for future hiring needs
