Product Marketing Lead
Company
Pace is the AI operations partner for the world's leading insurers. We combine the speed of AI agents with expert review by our insurance operations team to automate insurance tasks. Almost $400bn per year is spent on outsourcing in financial services every year. We're here to change that, working side-by-side with some of the largest companies in the world.
Role
We're looking for our first product marketing hire at Pace. You'll shape how we position the company and our products, bring new capabilities to market, and equip our GTM team to win with the world's largest insurers.
What you’ll do
Own positioning and messaging: Turn complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives for insurance executives, operations leaders, and engineering teams.
Lead product launches: Build the launch strategy and run execution across messaging, content, enablement, channels, and internal readiness.
Bring the market into the roadmap: Develop a sharp point of view on our buyers, category, competitors, and market—and use it to influence product and GTM priorities.
Equip the GTM team to win: Create pitch narratives, objection handling, demos, collateral, and other tools grounded in real pipeline needs.
Build the product marketing function: Establish the operating rhythms, standards, and measurement for PMM, then help recruit and develop a world-class team as Pace grows.
You're a great fit if you:
Have 6+ years of experience across product marketing, product management, growth, consulting or venture capital.
Can engage naturally in pipeline discussions and quickly diagnose what sales needs from product marketing.
You’re technical enough. You’re comfortable building trust with product and engineering leadership and contributing strategically to roadmap discussions.
Communicate complex ideas with precision, whether you're writing a narrative, building a deck, or leading a room.
Bonus:
Experience selling to or marketing within insurance, financial services, or other regulated enterprises.
Experience building a product marketing function from the ground up.
