What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to clients during the implementation of ZoomInfo's products within their internal systems.
- Maintain a clear understanding of application integrations within CRM/MAT environments, particularly for Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, and the ZoomInfo platform.
- Engage in clear dialogue with clients to customize the ZoomInfo integration implementation, ensuring the solution aligns with client business needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving more complex integration issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Document and review integration processes and client requirements.
