Principal Solutions Architect

Zyphra is an artificial intelligence company based in San Francisco, California.

The Role:

As a Principal Solutions Architect, you will serve as the primary technical authority in all partner and customer-facing engagements across Zyphra’s full model portfolio and AI agent. You will articulate the technical value and differentiation of each of Zyphra’s AI models and agentic systems, guide partners and customers from initial evaluation through successful integration, and act as the face of our research. This is not a support role. You will own the full technical GTM motion: building the narratives, converting strategic relationships, and supporting commercial outcomes.

You will also be a critical voice feeding partner and customer intelligence back into Zyphra’s research and product roadmap. The best candidates for this role think like researchers, communicate like an industry expert and have the credibility to operate at the highest levels of technical and executive conversation.
