Catari | Managing Director France

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Managing Director France to lead CATARI's market development and operational setup in France. In that role you will be responsible for establishing the local organization, building a high-performing team, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving profitable growth. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded leader who combines strong business development capabilities with operational execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead CATARI's operations in France.
• Develop and execute the market entry and growth strategy.
• Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, industrial clients, and key market stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within industrial, infrastructure, energy, and other sectors.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the local team.
• Take full ownership of the French P&L and business performance.
• Set up the local organizational structure, processes, and operational framework.
• Ensure alignment with CATARI's global standards, values, and strategic objectives.
• Provide regular reporting and business updates to headquarters.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a General Manager, Country Manager, Managing Director, or comparable leadership position (Experience with full P&L responsibility and business management)
• Strong experience within the industrial services, scaffolding, or access solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of building and growing a business operation.
• Solid understanding of the French market.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to deliver results.
• Ability to operate independently and build an organization from the ground up.
• Well-established network among EPC contractors and industrial customers in France.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
