The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions, drive automation strategies, mentor development teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions.This role requires a combination of hands-on technical excellence, solution architecture capabilities, cloud-native development experience, and strong consulting skills.
Required Technical Skills:
- Java: Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs, Microservices
- Frameworks: Hibernate/JPA, Spring Security, Design Patterns
- Hyperautomation: Camunda, Flowable, BPMN, DMN, RPA Integration
- Cloud: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, EKS), Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, Azure DevOps)
- Containers & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform
- Integration: Kafka, RabbitMQ, API Gateway, Event-Driven Architecture
- Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Architecture: Solution Architecture, Enterprise Integration, Cloud-Native Architecture, System Design
- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD
- Good to Have: GenAI, Azure OpenAI, RAG, Vector Databases, Process Mining
