What We’re Looking For:

The Senior Manager, Content Delivery oversees the end-to-end course implementation and operational management of online course presentations across the Executive Education portfolio for global university partners. This position ensures zero-defect platform setup, course cloning, cohort management, and strict quality assurance across all presentation lifecycles. By leading cross-functional delivery operations and driving continuous process improvements, this role guarantees operational continuity, academic integrity, and exceptional partner and learner outcomes.
