We’re looking for a Director of Sales - DACH (m/f/d) to join one of the companies in the A11 ecosystem and drive Sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue growth across the DACH region. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of regional performance and scale a fast-growing B2B AI-powered platform that is transforming the global supply chain landscape.

The Director of Sales –DACH is an empowered role with full ownership of the DACH P&L, responsible for driving GMV growth, margin discipline, pipeline expansion, and leading a high-performing sales team across the DACH region. You will work closely with the VP of Sales to ensure strategic alignment with company goals while maintaining operational rigor. This role requires deep knowledge of the DACH market, commercial regulations, and GTM practices.
