As the VP of Finance, you will own corporate finance for American Housing. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will translate our growth strategy into a clear financial plan and guide financial performance, resource allocation, and investment decisions across corporate operations, manufacturing, and real estate development.

This is a pivotal leadership hire. The ideal candidate is an accomplished corporate finance leader with a strong real estate background and a deep understanding of real estate capital. You will connect project economics, operating performance, and company liquidity, while partnering closely with Capital Markets to ensure our financing activities are supported by rigorous financial analysis and a clear understanding of the company’s needs.
