Senior Manager, Retail Marketplace – Veilance

Department: Veilance Reports to: Director, Global Marketplace - Veilance Location: Vancouver BC   Your Opportunity at Arc’teryx: As the Senior Manager, Retail Marketplace - Veilance, you are accountable for defining and advancing the global Veilance retail strategy, standards, and experience across all regions. You play a critical role in shaping how Veilance shows up in physical environments, ensuring a globally consistent, premium, system-led guest experience across standalone stores, shop-in-shop, and pop-up formats. You enable retail performance through strategic direction, store experience optimization, and cross-regional alignment impacting key levers including productivity, full-price sell-through, client development, and retention. You act as a global integrator and leader, setting direction, driving adoption, and influencing execution across regions. Through strong cross-functional leadership and operational discipline, you ensure retail is fully aligned with Veilance’s marketplace strategy and long-term brand ambition. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work.
