Position Summary: The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for performing all necessary functions in the operation, preventive maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVACR in conformance with Company-mandated safety procedures.  Performs duties consistent with the Mission Statement for the Washington Operations of the Office and Industrial Division.   The Maintenance Engineer is under the general supervision and direction of the Chief Engineer and/or Engineering Manager.
