About the Role
Client Contribution & Handling
- Providing insight, guidance and advice to clients across industries
- Advising clients to effectively communicate at critical moments
- Developing and executing plans to advocate the client’s point of view to the media, employees and other critical stakeholders
Team Management
- Managing and mentoring team members; working with Partners and Directors on the day-to-day management of staff and client deliverables
- Actively and effectively managing account teams and driving day-to-day activities for multiple accounts at a time
- Managing the development of key client documents by playing a vital role in drafting, editing and routing documents through the internal and external review process
