Position Overview

Bullpen Talent is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented part-time Recruiter to identify, attract, and engage top talent throughout LATAM for our US clients. In this role, you'll use a variety of sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates across industries and functions, including finance, real estate, marketing, and software development. The ideal candidate is experienced in sourcing, engaging, and interviewing entry- and mid-level professionals across a range of ind
