You'll be the business partner and own searches end to end, from shaping the role with the hiring manager to sourcing, assessing, closing and handing off a great start. You'll move between technical and non-technical roles, so one week might be infrastructure engineers and the next might be finance, legal or GTM.
fal is deliberately flat and moves extremely fast. We need someone who can take a search, decide how to win it and run with it.
