Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in keeping Club Colors' recruiting and hiring processes organized and moving forward. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support recruiting activity from candidate sourcing and initial application through accepted offer and new hire handoff.

This is a hands-on coordination role designed for someone who is highly organized, comfortable engaging with candidates, and able to manage multiple recruiting processes at once. You will support candidate sourcing and outreach, application and Culture Index review, candidate communication, interview coordination, recruiting systems, and pre-employment activities. As you develop in the role, you will be trained to take on additional Talent Acquisition responsibilities, including candidate phone screens and greater involvement throughout the recruiting process.
