To strengthen our Support Department, we are looking for a motivated Support Agent (German/English) who enjoys helping customers, takes ownership of support requests, and serves as a reliable point of contact between our users and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities

• You support Cardmarket users with a wide range of inquiries and operational topics. Your primary responsibility is to resolve customer requests and provide assistance in writing, mainly in German and English
• You are often the first point of contact between Cardmarket and its users. Through your daily interactions with our community, you help create a positi
