Asia Network Management - Relationship Manager- AVP

This role is primarily focused on relationship management across agent banks, custodians, and Central Counterparties (CCPs) operating within highly regulated environments. The position serves as a key point of contact and escalation for operational matters involving these external providers, ensuring effective issue resolution and strong partnership management.

 

Key Accountabilities

Provide support in executing regional strategies, driving change initiatives, and resolving operational challenges

Manage and maintain strategic relationships through regular engagement with Agent Banks, Custodians, and CCPs

Conduct periodic due diligence reviews to assess service quality, risk, and performance

Review and evaluate fee structures and service charges to ensure competitiveness and value

Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to support informed decision-making

Support business growth initiatives and market expansion efforts, including the establishment and closure of external accounts
