We are supporting a leading international bank on a defined loan portfolio transfer programme. As part of a wider balance sheet optimisation, a portfolio of syndicated loan assets is being sold down, and every facility in scope requires full transfer execution — documentation, system updates, agent and counterparty communication, and settlement.
You will run transfers end to end , working directly with Front Office, agent banks and buying counterparties to get each trade documented, circled, booked and settled.
Transfer documentation
Prepare Transfer Certificates in line with LMA standards and execute the associated transfer mechanics accurately and to deadline.
Review of transfer provisions
Interrogate credit agreements to establish the operational transfer requirements for each facility — consent conditions, minimum transfer amounts, transfer restrictions and permitted transferee provisions — and flag anything that affects the trade.
Pricing letters
Draft and issue Pricing Letters, applying secondary loan market pricing conventions including settlement date economics, delayed compensation and cost of carry.
