Reporting to the Manager, Process Automation, the Business Process Analyst will play a central role in transforming the Investment Resource Group through automation by partnering with business subject-matter experts and technology teams to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, reduce operational risk, and deliver scalable and supportable solutions for manual, repetitive, and operationally intensive processes.
