Build and manage integrated program plans across multiple workstreams, organizations, vendors, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, governance structures, and business outcomes. Orchestrate multiple concurrent workstreams while proactively managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and executive decision-making. Partner with senior client leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable plans and measurable business outcomes.
