Job Description

About Clarity Pediatrics

Clarity Pediatrics is reimagining pediatric chronic care, starting with ADHD. Nearly 10% of children in the US are diagnosed with ADHD, and for parents, finding the right care can feel impossible. We're building a virtual pediatric ADHD clinic that delivers trusted, science-backed care to all families, and it's working. We have strong product-market fit, a growing patient base, and a clear path to expanding into other common chronic conditions like asthma, allergies, and obesity.

Our leadership team has deep healthcare expertise. Our CEO has led two startups to more than $100M in ARR and profitability. Our Chief Medical Officer trained at UCSF and Stanford and previously built specialty care services at Kaiser Permanente. Clarity is female-led: our CEO, Head of Engineering, and product leadership are all women building a company where diverse perspectives drive better care and better technology.

We've raised $14.5M in Series A capital from top VCs who have backed category-defining health-tech companies like One Medical, Hims, Spring Health, Cityblock, Honor, and Tia.

The Role

Every family we serve starts with a clinician we hired. As a Senior Medical Recruiter, you'll own end-to-end recruiting for the physicians, APPs, therapists, and other clinical team members who deliver Clarity's care.

You'll be a core member of a small, growing clinical recruiting team, reporting to our Clinical Recruiting Manager. You'll own your searches and your pipeline from first outreach to accepted offer, run structured debriefs, and help hiring teams make fair, data-driven decisions. This role is high-touch and high-volume. You'll build real relationships with clinicians and hiring managers while running a disciplined, measurable process at scale, and you'll help us improve how we recruit every week.

What You'll Do

  • Own the search, end to end (Play to Win)

    • Own full-cycle recruiting for your clinical roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.

    • Build and manage your own pipeline, with a clear view of where every candidate stands and what it will take to hit your hiring goals.

    • Run strong intake meetings with hiring managers to define the role, the must-haves, and what great looks like.

    • Proactively source passive clinicians and build relationships before roles open.

    • Close candidates with care, understanding what motivates clinicians and representing Clarity honestly.

  • Protect the quality bar (Patient Safety Always Comes First)

    • Partner with clinical leaders to run structured interviews using consistent questions, scorecards, and clinical assessments.

    • Run debriefs that are focused, evidence-based, and fair, so hiring decisions reflect the scorecard rather than gut feel.

    • Hold the line on assessment steps, even under pressure to move fast, and find ways to keep the process quick without cutting corners.

  • Make data-driven decisions (Observe, Improve and Innovate)

    • Keep Ashby accurate and current so the team can trust its reporting.

    • Track your funnel metrics, such as conversion by stage, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance, and use them to adjust your approach.

    • Share insights with the Clinical Recruiting Manager and hiring managers, flagging risks to hiring plans early.

    • Suggest and test improvements to our process, sourcing, and candidate experience, and measure whether they work.

  • Deliver a high-touch experience (Earn Trust From Everyone)

    • Create a candidate experience that is warm, transparent, and fast, with timely updates at every stage.

    • Be a trusted partner to hiring managers, setting clear expectations and keeping them informed and accountable.

    • Help onboard and support newer recruiters and coordinators by sharing what works.

Who You Are (Practice Devotion to our Families)

  • An experienced medical recruiter. You have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful physician and APP hiring and/or therapists, behavioral health, pediatrics, or telehealth is a strong plus, as is familiarity with multi-state licensure.

  • An owner. You treat your searches and pipeline as your own. You know your numbers, anticipate problems before they become misses, and follow through without being asked.

  • High-touch at high volume. You can manage many searches at once without losing the personal touch. Clinicians and hiring managers feel informed, respected, and cared for, even when things move fast.

  • A strong assessor. You know how to run structured interviews and debriefs, help interviewers stay calibrated, and keep decisions tied to evidence. You believe fair, consistent hiring leads to better clinicians and better care.

  • Data-driven. You're fluent in recruiting metrics and use them to make decisions, not just report them. You're highly skilled in Ashby, or another modern ATS, and you keep your data clean because you know the team depends on it.

  • A continuous improver with a growth mindset. You're curious about how things could work better, open to feedback, and quick to try new approaches. You see mistakes as information, and you love leaving a process better than you found it.

  • Highly organized. You're structured, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines, and you build simple systems that keep a busy desk running smoothly.

  • A strong communicator. You can speak credibly with physicians and other highly trained clinicians, and you write clear, warm, and professional outreach.

  • Mission-driven. Families are overwhelmed, and providers are burned out. You get it, you recruit with empathy for both, and you're excited to help build the category-defining company in pediatric chronic care.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000, depending on location and experience. Equity, health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and other benefits.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

At Clarity, we believe every family deserves care that sees and understands them, and that starts with the team we build. Our patients and their families come from every background, community, and walk of life, and we're at our best when our team reflects that diversity. As a female-led company, we know firsthand that different perspectives lead to better decisions, better technology, and better care for kids.

We're building a workplace where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong, and where trust is earned and extended to all. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, including those whose experience doesn't match every line of this description. If this role excites you, we'd love to hear from you.
