The Vice President, Operations - South will lead CLEAR’s airport operations across our South region, with responsibility for delivering exceptional security, member experience, sales, and people outcomes. You’ll lead a large organization of frontline team members and general managers while driving growth, operational excellence, and a high-performing culture across the region. This is a key role on our Airport Operations leadership team.
What you'll do:
- Own operational and financial performance across CLEAR’s South region, delivering against security, member experience, enrollment, sales, labor, and profitability goals
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Directors and General Managers, building a strong leadership bench and driving clear accountability and consistent execution across the region
