This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in contract administration, logistics coordination, and supplier management to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our customers and logistic service providers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage coffee logistic shipments and sales invoices.
- Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery plans with logistics service providers, customers and coffee suppliers.
- Support the resolution of logistics-related issues and delays.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers’ inquiries and operational topics.
- Assist in resolving customer related issues and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding payment processing and invoice approvals.
