In this role, you will foster greater team maturity, autonomy, and continuous improvement, enabling scalable agility and driving more effective, sustainable value delivery across Engineering.Requirements:3+ years of experience working with teams in Scrum environments (for external candidates).Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/Lean) and context-based application.Deep understanding of the Software & Product Development Lifecycle and engineering practices (XP as a plus).Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills (incl. adult learning/training).Proven ability in systems thinking, working across multiple t
