Customer Support Representative – International Fashion Brand (Temporary Placement)

We are looking for emotionally intelligent, digitally fluent, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you’ll represent the brand across live chat and email support channels, helping customers with confidence, empathy, and professionalism while maintaining a warm and fashion-aware tone.
About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences. You’ll assist customers with product queries, orders, delivery updates, returns, and general support while ensuring every interaction reflects the premium Fashion brand experience.
This is a fast-paced, digitally driven environment requiring strong written communication, multitasking ability, and a genuine passion for customer service.
Campaign Details:
Temporary Position: 4 to 12 weeks
Basic Salary: R8,000.00 per month
Location: Mount Edgecombe (23a Flanders Dr, Mount Edgecombe, Durban, 4001) / Musgrave (14 Silverton Road, Musgrave, Berea, Durban, 4001)
