About the Client

By combining heated environments, strength training, and music-driven classes with a hybrid digital platform, the organization delivers a modern workout model designed to build physical strength and mindfulness for practitioners of all experience levels.
- Review existing pipeline structures across the client’s sales segments and determine whether they accurately reflect how each segment operates
- Identify scenarios and conditions that the current configuration does not handle reliably
- Redesign pipeline stages, entry and exit criteria, required properties, and dependencies to improve data accuracy and consistency
- Rebuild or repair automated deal-creation processes to ensure deals are generated accurately and associated with the correct records
