Marketing Support Specialist (US Market) - Hybrid Guadalajara MX

MezTal is looking for a Marketing Support Specialist to join our team and support a U.S.-based client in the healthcare and medical equipment industry.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable supporting a Marketing team with a variety of day-to-day requests. The Marketing Specialist will provide operational and administrative support across marketing initiatives, internal communications, events, and other ad hoc projects.

Rather than owning marketing strategy, this person will serve as a reliable extra set of hands for the Marketing team, helping ensure requests are completed accurately, priorities stay organized, and smaller projects do not become bottlenecks.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, comfortable working with different stakeholders, and able to determine when to execute independently, ask for clarification, or escalate a request.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Ad Hoc Support

• Handle a variety of day-to-day requests from the Marketing team, including proposals, presentations, region or territory maps, simple documents, spreadsheets, and other quick-turn deliverables.
• Provide general administrative and production support across Marketing based on changing priorities and business needs.
• Organize and maintain files, trackers, spreadsheets, and request logs to ensure assignments
