ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Business Systems Communication Lead to join our team supporting the Los Alamos National Laboratory! This position is full-time and will be based out of Los Alamos, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop strategic and tactical communications for an important organizational change management component of the Lab’s effort to replace its legacy ERP business system with a modern enterprise platform.

• Work in tandem with the Program Change Manager, this role serves as a key communications advisor to project leadership, workstream leads, system integrator partners, and engagement teams.

• Lead communications planning across multiple workstreams and execute and deploy implementation strategies, helping teams anticipate communications needs and engage employees Lab-wide throughout the transition.

• Collaborate with critical internal partner organizations and external stakeholders throughout the project’s implementation.

• Coordinate the efforts of Lab multi-media staff, contribute to content development for internal audiences—including employees, managers, and other stakeholders—across a variet
