About the Role

This role will represent Georgian at the highest levels of LP engagement, supporting the scale of our platform across Growth Funds, Breakout Funds, and SPVs. It is a senior-facing position with significant exposure to Georgian's Founders and leadership team, requiring a high degree of autonomy, judgment, and executive presence.

Unlike traditional Capital Formation roles, success at Georgian requires the ability to flex across both fundraising and investment functions. The Capital Formation team owns Investor Relations, the firm’s Strategic Investments program (Breakout Fund, LP co-invest, SPVs), and asset allocation.
