General Description:
The Professional Services Operations Specialist (PSOS) is a valuable resource for Regional Service activities and Engineering. The PSOS supports Presales and delivery efforts by managing new opportunity intake and managing process steps for presales scoping; including, submission of proposals, aiding in hours and template scoping, managing systems, and assisting in Proposal QA and delivery. Key interactions include daily communications with service practice leads, account executives, and technical leaders across the region. Furthermore, the specialist will provide support for managing SalesForce.com service opportunities and corresponding with Customers and vendors in an effort to maintain and grow the region.
