Senior Analyst, Sourcing Enablement

We’re hiring a Senior Analyst to join our Sourcing Enablement Team within Supply Chain Enablement & Insights at HelloFresh. In this role, you will partner closely with purchasing leaders, using data analytics, project management, and strategic communication to drive high-impact sourcing initiatives and optimize our tooling and processes. To succeed, you should thrive on turning ambiguous datasets into actionable business insights, supporting negotiations, and leading cross-functional alignment. • Collaborate with Procurement category leaders to facilitate high-impact sourcing events and manage data analysis for $100M+ in RFP spend.
• Synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop, scale, and maintain decision-critical data products and AI tooling to streamline procurement strategy and process management.
• Execute rapid, ad-hoc spend and cost analytics to identify savings opportunities and support ongoing category initiatives.
