Currently, we are seeking a Supervisor for our Lounge and Bars. What You'll Do
Ensure top-tier service in the Lounge by overseeing daily operations and creating exceptional guest experiences | Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth | Manage orders, offer menu recommendations, and assist guests with food and beverage pairings, including wine selections. Be the driving force behind our Afternoon Tea concept | Act as a liaison between the kitchen and service team to ensure special requests are fulfilled | Use a proactive approach to enhance sales and provide guests with an unforgettable dining experience | Prepare and maintain a polished service area, including setup of tables, buffets, and bars | Monitor inventory and ensure the Lounge remain clean and inviting | Guide and support team members, providing leadership and maintaining high standards | Uphold hotel st
