About the Role
IEX is looking for a highly motivated Senior Market Operations Specialist to join our Options Market Operations team. In this role, you will help operate and support the IEX Options exchange, working closely with member firms and internal Product, Technology, Regulatory, and Business teams.
You’ll bring a strong understanding of U.S. options market structure, electronic trading systems, and operational risk, along with an interest in using data and automation to improve how the desk operates. This is a hands-on role for someone who stays composed in a fast-paced trading environment, takes ownership, and enjoys solving problems at the intersection of markets and technology.
