Your Impact
This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional who’s already proven they can close deals and is ready to take full ownership of a territory. You’ll run the entire sales cycle end-to-end, working directly with law enforcement agencies to deliver technology that improves safety, transparency, and outcomes for communities.
You won’t be dialing for someone else to close — you own your pipeline, your deals, and your commission. Strong performance is rewarded with meaningful upside and a clear path to growth at Axon.
What You’ll Do
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
This role is based out of our Scottsdale office with in-person collaboration Tuesday - Friday and remote flexibility on Mondays, unless an approved accommodation is in place.
