Associate Attorney

Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney with 8+ years of litigation experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling First-Party Property and Premises Liability matters and be comfortable independently managing cases from inception through resolution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of litigation experience
• Experience handling First-Party Property and/or Premises Liability matters strongly preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload and meet deadlines
• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court proceedings
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
